I have a 2 1/2 yrd old and a 9 mth old and I can't loose my baby weight. I have tried to get to the gym but lets face who has the time.I just returned to work so I go from work to kids to supper to bathtime to bed time after all that is done I have to clean up by then I am way to tired to even think about working out even at home. I can't afford to hire help at home and my husband works way too much to help get all this done and face it ladies if we want it done right we do it ourselves. So any diet suggestions that work and are easy with a family??
