Had 2 flat tires within 2 weeks. Changed tires and noise went away but now comin back Could it be bad bearing?

It could be your motor mounts, alignment, if you're buying different brand tires. There's a plethora of things it could be. I'd suggest getting it checked out. Even if you go up to your local auto part store they could give you better advice on it.
