How much weight will I lose if I do the following?

Initaially u will/ may loose 1 kg or half kg per day if u follow this strictly ,but later after say a week u will fell tired and also the weight loss will come to satnd still as ur BMR will become low and the body will start saving fats for energy..so its better to change the pattern for a week during this period there are chances of gaining 1or 2kgs wt. but thats ok.rather not loosing futher but after 1 weeks break when u will start the above pattern again then u will again loose weight at same rate..
