When will my package arrive?

It's a TV coming via FedEx. When I check the status of it on the website with the tracking number it says 6:30 A.M. (4 hours ago) that it was in my city out for delivery. Then it says at 8:30 A.M. it is in a city one hour away (Minneapolis) and departed FedEx location. Did I miss it and it's still coming today? Because I woke up at 9 A.M. to make sure I was up early enough but if it came before I am not sure.
