Is the United States ignoring or "rewriting" history? How will or has this already been a catalyst to the?

i find the hypocrisy of israel breathtaking, their own history contains evidence of genocides carried out by the hebrews under instruction from their "god", the land of canaan was already occupied when it was "given" to them by their thieving "god", but are we supposed to believe that because it was long ago, or that the israelis and their "god" are a special case, it's acceptable, or is our sympathy just being manipulated?
