Ughhh terrible nausea in pregnancy? Help!?

Well I cAn barely eat cause it makes me nauseous. I drink ginger ale it helps a little how long will this last I'm approx 5weeKs. And why is it just now starting to hit mereal hard? Wat can I do to not feel nauseous?
