Are my aquatic plants dieing?

On Friday I bought 2 java ferns and 1 hornwort for a fish tank which I am cycling. Since I'm cycling it, the ammonia and nitrites are still a little high. While at the store, I bought some liquid fertilizer since I don't have any fish yet to do the job for me. Today my water has a slight green tint. I don't think it's algae because the tank gl is clean.
