How can I meet Dr. Gillian McKeith?

I'm writing an article about healthy eating for my college newsletter, and I think that Gillian's views on the topic would be of great interest to everyone around the college. How can I arrange a meet with this lady, for an interview? I myself think that she is (and if she isn't already) be an inspiration to everybody! I hope I get some useful answers! Claire -x-
