Aww that is a sweet idea! Have the delivery guy (I'm uming it won't be you) bring it to their house and say it's a special delivery for (her name) and you need her signature before she can receive the special care package. If they slam the door in your face you might try giving it to her when school is out and she is on the way to her ride home. Or offer her a ride home! (I hope you have a car) and then give it to her.
