unfortunately with the bad credit rating you will not get a loan. There are some places out there that will get you a loan but it will be with an astronomical interest rate. Focus on paying your bills on time now. If you can do this consistently for 1 year your score will improve and you will be on your way to improving your credit rating thus having a chance to get loans.
