Is this a good excercise routine?

I think you are doing well. Make sure you eat lots of fresh fruits and veggie, that you drink 7 8 gles of water per diem Clean your system from toxins. I would add up a nice sauna or steam for about 15 minutes once a week. Perspiration helps the body to get rid of uric acid toxins ecc. Good job .
