Should I complain about an air plane service?

The only remotely legitimate complaint would be that the seat pocket wasn't stocked with everything. I think that's waaay down on their priority list these days (partly because there isn't a whole lot of barfing done anymore.) You can write a letter about that if it will make you feel better.
