What is your favourite Scotch?

Favorite would be Highland Park 18 year. Unbelievably smooth, beautifully balanced and complex...also kinda spendy. Mix it? Never! Blasphemy! Maybe with a drop of water if you like it that way. HP 12 yr is also very good and a lot less money. Others? I like Edradour (very sweet&mild), Glenmorangie (lots of different interesting wood finishes), Balvenie, Bowmore (if you like something a little more peaty), Macallan...so many more.
