Is it normal for a healthy, fully-grown, male cat to only weigh 6 pounds?

My sweet kitty-cat, Meatball, is a fully-grown, healthy, three year old male, and is the smallest cat I have ever owned. I guess it's just like people...some are big and tall, some are small and petite. Do y'all think it's normal for a cat to be this tiny?
